I. Product Introduction

The PAM dosing unit is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous, integrated system for the preparation and dosing of flocculants; the typical solution concentration ranges from 0.1% to 0.3%.

The PAM dosing unit consists of a water supply system, a dry powder dosing system, a dissolution and maturation system, a control system, and a liquid dosing system.

This device is a fully automated continuous mixing and dosing system for powdered polymer flocculants. The dry powder flocculant is fed into a pre-mixer via a screw feeder to undergo preliminary mixing with clean water; the moist material is then transferred to a dilution tank for dilution and preparation to the required concentration.

The prepared solution flows from the preparation tank through the maturation tank before entering the storage tank; when the liquid level in the storage tank reaches the high level, the preparation process stops automatically; when the solution level drops to the medium level, the preparation process restarts automatically. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with multi-blade agitators to ensure thorough dilution and maturation of the flocculant.
