Mechanical grille
Mechanical grille
structural composition
The mechanical grid cleaning machine produced by Zeyan Zongheng (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is made of special shaped rake teeth made of stainless steel, carbon steel, ABS engineering plastic, nylon 6, and nylon 1010, which are assembled in a certain order on the rake shaft to form a closed rake tooth chain. The underwater grating (rake teeth) intercepts the dirt and moves upward along the track. When it reaches the top, due to the guiding effect of the curved track and gears, there is relative displacement between adjacent rake teeth, pushing the dirt outward and unloading it into the dirt container according to its own weight. At the same time, a specially designed rotating brush removes trace residual dirt from the rake teeth.
Scope of Application
Mechanical grid cleaning machines are widely used in secondary grids for water supply and drainage, as well as water intake structures without large floating objects; It can also be used in industrial wastewater such as papermaking, textiles, leather, brewing, sugar extraction, aquaculture, and municipal sewage.
Technical Principles
The chain mechanical grid cleaning machine is a new model developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technologies of similar products at home and abroad. It consists of multiple tooth rakes (usually 4-8 pieces) evenly distributed on the traction ring chain at certain intervals, forming a multi rake rotating body. The tooth rakes descend from the rear of the trash rack and run backwards to the front of the rack through underwater chain wheels. They scrape the dirt intercepted by the rack from bottom to top, scoop it along the baffle to the slag discharge port, and discharge it into the waste storage tank or through auxiliary equipment such as conveyor and press.
